Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I am so impressed with the improvement in my mother's mobility after just one month of adjustments. She is much quicker getting in and out of the car, walking faster, and feeling much better over all. She's 82 years old and now I am having trouble keeping up with her! Thanks Dr. Chris and all the great people here!"
    ---Jolee S.
  • "I have Spinal Stenosis. When I arrived at the Chiropractic Office, I walked using a cane, bent over and in pain. I could hardly stand up for more than 5 minutes. Today, I stand straight, do not use a cane, am able to do things around the house and am very seldom in pain. It really works!"
    ---Lucille R.
  • "I used to get horrible allergies every March and during the Winter-Spring transition. I used to take a Claritin almost every day just so I could manage. I started receiving chiropractic care in 2006. The allergies disappeared and have never returned. Chiropractic works!"
    ---Robert S.

  • Dr. Chris Lechmaier
Graduated from Life University, School of Chiropractic in Atlanta in 2002. After working for another Chiropractor for about a year and a half, he fulfilled one of his childhood dreams and opened his own practice in 2003. It was a chiropractic healing in middle school that motivated Dr. Chris to choose Chiropractic as a career. After becoming increasingly sick and enduring numerous tests, medical doctors were unable to diagnose him. His parents were at a loss and were willing to try anything, so at the suggestion of a friend, they took him to a Chiropractor.

  • Dr. Tricia Lechmaier
Like her husband, graduated from Life University, School of Chiropractic in Atlanta in 2002 and together opened their practice in 2003. When Dr. Tricia was 20 years old, she was on track to being a medical doctor when she started experiencing numbness and tingling in her legs; she was being tested for MS. During a college break she came home and got an adjustment from a Chiropractor who was a family friend. After just one adjustment, the symptoms were gone. She then left the University of Florida and finished Chiropractic School. And as faith would have it, she met Dr. Chris her first day of school.

  • Dr. Jennifer Smith
A native of New Jersey, has been practicing chiropractic in the Central Florida region for the past 15 years. As a pre-med student at Syracuse University, she interned with several different specialists and really took an interest in Chiropractic after interning with a female Chiropractor. At the time, there were not many women in the field and Dr. Jen realized the potential. Since graduating Chiropractic School in 1995, she has been practicing in the Central Florida region including Orlando, Cocoa Beach and Lake Mary. In 2006, she joined the Lechmaier Family Chiropractic Center Team.

  • Dr. Tyler Albrecht
Was introduced to our office in April 2009 as part of his Internship at Palmer College of Chiropractic and then joined our staff the following June. Dr. Tyler's father is a Chiropractor which may have influenced his career path, however what appealed to Dr. Tyler the most was being able to help people naturally without drugs or surgery. Dr. Tyler enjoys working with the center's staff and likes the fact that the focus is on the patients and not just on the business.

  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients?
